Exchange requests or returns on FULL PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail with the original receipt within 14 business days of receipt of purchase.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:
- Request a return authorization number by clicking on this link and completing the RA request form or by calling 855.446.5547 toll free (Monday – Friday, 9A-6P EST).
- You will receive your return authorization number via email within 72 hours of your request.
- It is important to remember that returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Make sure your name, address and return authorization number are stated clearly on the return address portion of the package.
- If you ship from a mailing center, they typically use their address, so be sure to request that your address be featured.

- You will receive an email in return with your refund receipt.
- Enclose the credit card number and expiration date of the card used to purchase the item.
Merchandise must be in new condition with the price tag attached and accompanied by the original receipt. Please remember that sale and promotional items are final sale. If your merchandise is damaged or defective, we will gladly reimburse your shipping charges.
